About Us

One Rescue Paw was created out of love for our dogs—and a moment that changed how we think about pet safety forever.

While I was working, I witnessed a home catch fire. By the time the flames were out, the homeowner returned from work to find that everything he owned was gone except the clothes he was wearing. His first question wasn't about the house or his belongings—it was, "Did anyone get my cat out?" Sadly, no one even knew there was a cat inside.

That moment has stayed with me ever since.

Like many pet owners, we travel and camp with our two dogs in our motorhome. Other times, we have to leave them safely at home. In 2025, we witnessed a motorhome and trailer catch fire. As the flames spread, people gathered to watch or record the scene on their phones. All we could think about was, What if there were pets trapped inside and no one knew they were there?

Our pets can't call 911. They can't open a door or a window to escape. They depend entirely on someone knowing they're there and coming to help.

During an emergency, first responders are focused on protecting human life first. Unless someone tells them there are animals on the property, they may have no way of knowing that a beloved pet is inside a home, RV, or enclosed yard waiting to be rescued.

That's why we created One Rescue Paw.

Our mission is simple: to give pets a voice when they can't speak for themselves. Our highly visible yard signs, window decals, and emergency pet alerts are designed to let first responders and Good Samaritans know that animals may be on the property. It's a simple step that provides critical information when every second counts.

We believe pets are family. Whether you're at work, traveling, or simply away from home, you deserve the peace of mind of knowing you've done everything possible to help protect them in an emergency.

At One Rescue Paw, we're committed to raising awareness about pet emergency preparedness and providing products that could make the difference between a pet being overlooked and a pet being rescued.

Because when every second matters, one small sign could help save a precious life.
